winter training
NOTE
Our winter training is one of the biggest ways Midwest Speed sets itself apart. Your investment goes beyond a summer schedule—it includes consistent, high-level development throughout the offseason, when real progress is made. Rather than operating from one facility that is only convenient for some families, Midwest Speed has relationships with dome and gym owners across the metro. Training is offered five nights a week at multiple locations, giving your family the flexibility to choose the sessions that work best for your schedule and location. Two to three training sessions per week are included in your program fees. Families simply reserve their preferred sessions through the Membertraxx system. It is a proven, flexible training model that develops stronger, more prepared athletes while making the commitment more manageable for families.
